Esta experiencia forma parte de un programa formativo innovador que aúna el aprendizaje de un idioma y la experiencia gastronómica.
No sólo consiste en adquirir nuevos conceptos de gramática, sino que además se trata de ponerlos en práctica desde el primer momento en las clases de cocina con un chef conocedor de todos los secretos de la cocina tradicional, así como de las nuevas técnicas culinarias.
Trabajar en equipo permitirá a los clientes comunicarse mejor y mejorar más rápidamente su nivel de aprendizaje a través de la experiencia. Al fin y al cabo, es una nueva manera de utilizar un idioma en un escenario de palabras y expresiones fundamental en nuestras vidas como es la cocina.
Try our innovative concept pairing language and cooking. It’s not only about learning new grammar, but using a language from the very first moment in classes led by a chef who knows all the secrets of traditional cooking as well as modern techniques.
Working in a team enables you to communicate better and more quickly to improve your level and put your newly acquired language skills into practice.
You will be amazed how quickly you can express yourself with confidence and ease. A different way of learning by using everyday vocabulary, in a new world of words and expressions that are a central part of our lives: cooking!
Ofrecemos 3 tipos de workshop:
1- WORKSHOP DE UNA SEMANA / ONE WEEK WORKSHOP – Maximum group of 8 people.
Is intense taking place each day from Monday to Friday, with a total of 20 hours a week.
Each course includes:
- Classes on grammar with lots of speaking practice in Spanish.
- Class materials (photocopies and texts).
- Cooking classes given by a chef.
- Shopping of foodstuffs for the cooking class.
- Tasting session for tapas prepared in the kitchen.
- Trip by catamaran from Rota to Cadiz and back.
- Regional wine tasting in the cellar.
2- WORKSHOP DE 3 DÍAS/ THREE DAYS WORKSHOP – Maximum group of 8 people.
Each course includes:
- 12 hours from 10am to 14pm, Monday to Wednesday.
- Classes on grammar with lots of speaking practice in Spanish.
- Class materials.
- Visit the local Fish Market and Plaza de Abastos.
- Purchase of ingredients and foodstuff for the cooking class.
- Cooking classes.
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil tasting.
- Tasting session for lunch prepared in the kitchen.
3- WORKSHOP DE 2 DÍAS/ TWO DAYS WORKSHOP – Maximum group of 12 people
Each course includes:
- 8 hours, Saturday and Sunday from 11am to 15pm.
- Classes on grammar with lots of speaking practice in Spanish.
- Class materials.
- Visit to the local Fish Market on Saturday morning with a special tour in the port.
- Shopping of ingredients.
- Cooking classes given by a chef.
- Winetasting of Spanish wines from Toro, Rioja and Ribera del Duero.
- Tasting session for lunch prepared in the kitchen.
Existe la posibilidad de incluir alojamiento. Solo debes añadir el hotel y tipo de alojamiento que deseas en la reserva. (SGL=habitación individual; DBL= habitación doble; N= noche; BB = Desayuno incliuido)
